Deep within the enchanted forests of Avalon stands the Library of Light, a magical sanctuary filled with ancient wisdom, forgotten stories, and the secrets of time itself.
The library was once guarded by Merlin the Wise, the greatest wizard to ever live. For centuries, he studied the past, present, and future, passing his knowledge down to his devoted apprentice.
Lafayette the Bard.
When Merlin finally faded from this world, the responsibility of the library fell to Lafayette. Now the keeper of the Library of Light, Lafayette carries on his master’s legacy, protecting its knowledge and sharing its stories with those willing to learn.
Yet one problem remains.
A wizard’s knowledge must always be passed on.
Lafayette needs an apprentice worthy of carrying Merlin’s legacy.
So, with a powerful summoning spell, he reaches across time and space, calling forth a student destined to become the next great wizard.
But instead of a noble hero or wise scholar…A monkey appears.
Confused, curious, and constantly causing trouble, Chunky is nothing like the apprentice Lafayette imagined. Now the gentle, scholarly wizard must attempt the impossible: Teach a mischievous monkey how to become a wizard.
Together, the unlikely pair explore the secrets of the Library of Light, travel through time, meet strange and wonderful characters, and learn that wisdom can come from the most unexpected places.

His job is to monitor intelligent life across the galaxy—but unfortunately for him, he’s been assigned to Earth.
From the safety of his ship, Blurp studies humans through:

- Movies
- Television shows
- Internet trends
The more he watches, the more confused he becomes. Strange dances, confusing slang, bizarre challenges, and ridiculous online arguments make absolutely no sense to him.
Blurp constantly compares humans to the other species he could be studying—many of which he believes are far more advanced, peaceful, or just plain cooler. But instead, he’s stuck monitoring Earth.
And almost every observation ends the same way:
“This is why we aliens don’t visit you.”
